Paternity Concerns: Understanding Potential Conception Without Ejaculation

I am hoping you can help me with this question.  My ex girlfriend had a child who she said is mine.  We were trying to conceive a child around the time that she became pregnant.  However, I was having problems with being unable to ejaculate.  I remembered from sex ed that there is a possibility of a man impregnating a woman even without ejaculation so I assumed it was our little miracle baby.  However, I have since found out that my ex was cheating on me at the same time.  I am wondering if there is a high likelihood that the baby is mine even though I was not able to perform fully?

Could you have made her pregnant by intercourse even though you didn't ejaculate.... yes, you leak a small amount of fluid just with stimulation and an erection that has swimmers in it.  So it is possible, less likely if someone else was ejaculating into the same area, but, that is why they have paternity tests.....  I hope this helps....
