Lower Back Pain: Causes, Relief & When to See a Doctor

Dear Robert,
Throughout the month my lower right side of my back goes into a state of bad pain. It can happen at any time, but usually it happens when I bend over to get something. It doesn't happen all the time when I bend over, it just happens a few times a month. I'm 14 years old boy so i don't think its because of my age. Some times the pain gets so bad its hard for me to move. It only happens 5- 10 times a month. It always happens at least twice every month. It started happening back in November, I just want to know if you can tell what this is or tell me anything about it and if I should get this checked out. Any help would be appreciated.

You should tell your doctor and have a full examination next time you have a checkup.

You might have a little curvature (scoliosis) and sometimes pinch a nerve a little......
