QuestionQUESTION: I've had a sore neck for nearly 5 days, which seems like the kind of sensation of sleeping funny, but I have no memory of sleeping in a strange position. It has gradually been feeling better, but I have never had a sore neck last so long. I am 31 years old. Is there any special remedies for this type of thing?
ANSWER: mostly time, massage, sometimes some ice on it for the first couple of days, some Motrin..... it should fade away.....

QUESTION: I now have a Temper Pedic mattress, which I got because I heard good things and wanted to spoil myself since my last mattress was like 15+ years old with springs popping out of it. I will say the new mattress is a step up, but also it pushes back way too hard in my opinion. Honestly I'd rather do a belly flop into a pool than land flat on my back on this mattress. Do you think a mattress of its supposed quality could be a major cause?
Answerit is a matter of preference whether someone likes a really soft mattress or firm one.... I can find many who want that kind of mattress over softer..... with the high priced mattresses, see if you can trade for a softer one...... the other thing that may help is a cervical pillow... a pillow that allows your head to rest with the neck supported in a nice neutral position.
