Question I have had sinus and allergy problems since I can remember, the basic, headaches, stuffy nose, etc. etc.
I often in the left nostril get a sore, sometimes it bleeds sometimes it just feels weird or itches, it comes and goes.
I have had several Drs over the years see it, none seem concerned by it all, they notice it, but that is it.
What could it be? Is this a common occurance? Thanks.
AnswerI can't tell if you asked that question earlier in the week, but, basically, you have to use a lot of saline... maybe every hour, and use an ointment (cheap-vaseline--- expensive, all the others (neosporin). I Would use that regularly, then if no relief, add in a nasal steroid like flonase, next, add in Singulair 10 mg pills, one daily and after that, the fancy allergy medications. But, saline in high frequent doses works very well.
