She finally stopped taking multivitamin and start taking Blackstrap molasses(Iron without copper). Her shedding stopped immediately. After few days, her scalp started to itch and lost lot of hair. So, she stopped taking Iron..
one month later(after stopping everything), her hair fall increased a lot.
I visited lot of doctors. They just say "Take Rogaine".
But, i feel something is wrong with her and i am not having a clue.
Is she getting Free Radicals from taking Iron?..Can you please please tell me what is happening to her?
ANSWER: I didn't see where she had thyroid function testing..... that is the first thing I would check. I would also have her scalped looked at to see if there was any type of scalp infection, etc. If those things were ok, then I would think about the Rogaine.
It isn't the iron and free radicals......

Answerdon't get distracted by the iron. I think the tests look pretty good..... I might check the TSH again in 6 months..... even though within normal range, it is a little high, showing the thyroid might be early struggling.... But I wouldn't treat now....... Good luck with it.
