2cm Dilation & Baby Station: What to Expect During Labor

I am dialated 2 centimeters and am completly effaced how long can i stay this way should i plan to give birth soon or could i go for weeks like this the pressure is terrible the babys head has dropped and is at +1 station

  I'm sorry for the delay!  It's possible you've had your baby already. It's completely normal to be 1+ centimeters, sometimes for weeks, but at 2 and the baby being so very, very low, it's more than likely if you haven't had your baby it's a any day thing!
