Questionmy little girl will be a year old the 29th of this month and i am still bleeding when i went for a check up a couple months ago i was checked to see if i had an infection and if i was pregnant again and they were both negative so my doc suggested that my body was trying to get back to normal,i had her with no complications and she was vaginal and they did have to cut me,i have a very, very low iron count and i am starting to get worried,should i go to a different doc,i mean i have bought enough tampons for me you and about 50 other people,i am really starting to get scared please help.thanks so much shannon

I hope youare not saying that you have been bleeding for a year, even if it's small amounts,Please, Please go to another doctor. I'm not your doctor so I do not know everything that's going on, I always tell anyone who feels that something just isn't right to trust their gut. Yours is certainly telling you that.
If there is a tiny, tiny portion of the placenta within your uterus, that could cause bleeding, if you are anemic I cannot imagine it not being followed up with an ultrasound.
Get to another doctor...It could also be something completely unrelated to pregnancy, but bleeding that causes anemia (low iron in the blood) is a concern.
Make an appt. tomorrow.
