Delayed Bleeding After Mifepristone: What To Do?

Hello sir!
My wife is 23. Her last period was on 26th jan. done preg test on 15th march, was -ve. Again done on 23rd march which was +ve and pregtest on 26th march was also +ve. So, she took a 200mcg mifepristone (MTPS, ZYDUS) on 27th march at 10.30 pm. but still no bleeding occured. she is having heavy stomach ache, dizziness and vomitting. wat next to do sir? should she take misoprostol or wait? plz advice.

Hi Rajib,
Normally after mifepristone there is a bleeding. If not, Fake pills were sold to you.
Misoprostol alone also induces abortion in over 80%. So If she is absolutely sure that she is pregnant
she may try that.
