Understanding Pelvic Muscle Function and Sperm Retention in Women

Question
Hello, i am a 34 yrs old female, this is my q':
did you ever hear of a situation where a woman's pelvic muscles and \ or vagina muscles are to LOSE to be able to conceive? because obviously after ajaculation, the sperm needs to travel all the way inside and STAY there. i've noticed that when me & my boyfriend have sex & he ajaculates inside, it looks like literally all of it drips out of me. even if i lie on my back, when i get up i would be able to literally see the sperm dripping out of my body, and the amount is large. that's why im thinking its all coming out. Thank you for your time.

Answer
Bracha,

No, I have never heard of a woman's pelvic muscles affecting her ability to conceive.

Gravity is the problem here, not your pelvic muscles.  This is a common occurrence.  Typically the best solution is to elevate your hips on a pillow or other such surface for 20 minutes after intercourse to maximize the sperm's ability to enter the reproductive tract.
