AnswerDid you have an ultrasound on June 4? If you did and it showed 7 weeks and 1 day, that points to late April or early May as to when you conceived. (when you say a pregnancy is 7 weeks and 1 day, that really means that you probably conceived FIVE weeks, 1 day before then - a pregnancy is dated from the first day of your last period, even though you technically aren't pregnant at all during that first two weeks)
If the doctor did not do an ultrasound at that time, but estimated the age from the information about your period, it is less accurate.
Because you had sex with two different men close to the time of conception, I can't give you any degree of certainty as to who is the father. If you had the u/s which showed a 7 week 1 day pregnancy, it is more likely that your husband is the father. If you go by the January 28 due date, it does point to a May conception. I would suggest asking your doctor or midwife about when he or she thinks you conceived; they will have more information about what's going on with your pregnancy than I do and will be able to give you the best estimate of when conception took place.
