Breast Pain & Burning: Understanding Potential Causes & Next Steps

I am a 48 yr old woman for the past yr I noticed some pain in my right breast periodically, now it is burning.  Due to lack of insurance and a low paying job I don't know where to go for a mamogram.  I have did examinations no lumps or bumps.  I have had my gall bladder removed several years ago and in 2003 my intestines busted thru my stomach with part of the intestines being removed and replaced some of my stomach.  Is this high risk for cancer?

Pain is not a usual symptom or sign of breast cancer. Even so I think that at your age you should try to have a mammography arranged! How to do that though I do not know since I'm a Swede living in Sweden. So that you unfortunately must find out on your own for yourself.
