Adjusting Your Period with Trinessa: What You Need to Know

I would like to change what week I get my period. I start a new pack of "Trinessa" this upcoming Sunday. If I didn't take it for like a week and didn't have sex for two weeks (like I was starting a new pack) would that work? Basically how do i go about changing my period in a safe way?

I think a week is too long.  You can add a day every month for seven months if you want to change something but skipping a week won't work.  You can skip your period altogether by not taking the last week of pills in your pack and starting a new pack right away.
