every month when i get my period (im on the pil) i get like a 'rash' at the opening of my vagina..the entire area itches real bad and burns, including the vulva, like a yeast infection but there is no discharge, smell etc...it usually goes away after my period, but sometimes it doesnt and i use monastat and it will...im 41

this happens alot to women. your doing the right thing,its most likely yeast,and should,be treated as such.

but if the over-the-counter med isnt doing it,you may need something stronger,and you would need to see your doctor for this.
