Cilest Pill & Possible Pregnancy: Symptoms & Concerns

Question
On the 25th March I had a one night stand with a friend (who withdrew) and I came off the pill two days later for my pill-free week. My period was 6 days later, and it was normal. I've been on Cilest for 8 months and I've had no problems.

Since then I've had funny symptoms that make me think I'm pregnant, even though he withdrew and I'm on the pill, is pre-ejaculate really that dangerous?

My symptoms have been:
Cystitis - (told by doctor it was probably from sex on a full bladder)
Wind and burping - (I tend to link this with hunger)
Weight gain of half a stone when I really AM NOT good at putting weight on.
Light-headedness
Bit of nausea - (probably confused with hunger or being full)
Not sure if I'm more tired or suffering from insomnia, all in all would say no.
Some cramps.

I'm currently having a few financial problems which have contributed to me being stressed and depressed. Stress has never altered my cycle before, but I have heard it can worsen PMT which all of my symptoms are reflective of.

My period is due this week and is not late. I have had one child already and must mention that my pregnancy was asymptomatic apart from amenhorroea and weight gain towards the end, no sickness. I have Montgomery's tubercules, but I think they stayed from my last pregnancy.

I'm also coming down with a cold and sore throat as we speak, and have been for a couple of days. Please let me know, am I worrying too much? Have I done this to myself by stressing out? Any help would be great, I'm torturing myself here!

Answer
Thanks for all the information. So your periods not late, at least not yet. You are on the pill - no matter the pill free week. If you miss your period that is often the first sign of pregnancy. So if you get your period no problem. If you miss your period, take a home pregnancy test after about a week.
