Birth Control Overdose: Disorientation & Nausea - Medical Advice

I forgot to start my new pack of birth control up I've been on ortho tri cyclen for approximately 6 months and I missed Starting from Sunday-Wednesday and Wednesday I took all four pills to catch up i'm feeling sort of disoriented and nauseated is this ok and how long should i wait to have sex again

Dear Krystal,

Taking 4 pills together might have given you too high a dosage of hormones at one time. I don't know if you can do anything about that now but please consult your physician. Also, I'm not sure about waiting to have sex and how the pills would be effective. I don't recommend birth control pills because I feel that they are not healthy for women's bodies.
