Pill & Period Concerns: Spotting, Cramps & Pregnancy Worries

This month on the pill i went without a pill for 2 days as i could get to chemist! My partner and i have unprotected sex but he doesnt ejaculate inside me,but i understand that you can still get pregnant from pre-ejaculation. I have 6 days left of my pill and today i went to the toilet and there was blood in the toilet and when i wiped and the cramps are terrible, i never suffer with period pain like this and 2 days ago i was very tender when i pushed on the area of my ovaries.. Could this be a miscarry or just a strange early period?

I really can't tell you this information. You should check with your doctor. You could possibly be pregnant from the situation you mentioned.
