May I ask if a lady can get pregnant after one time only?

I suppose the answer is Yes. Then, a more important question is: Does it affect the physical and mental health of a child who is the result of that one time?

Let me explain further. I mean to say if it is better for the parent to have sex many times. Will it make the child better physically and mentally?

Yes, a woman can get pregnant from sex only one time. That is why, in my opinion, a married couple is the best for a child to be growing up and raised.
