Unfortunately I do not have resources that I can direct you to. Any knowledge I have of the subject has come from discussing and hearing viewpoints from both sides of the argument, along with hearing those who seem to be somewhere in the middle.
I will try and help you anyway, and I hope it is useful. Pro-life views stem from either a moral responsibility way of thinking, of a strong religious way of thinking (including Christianity and that God knows us when we are in the womb; therefore who are we to terminate his plans for a child that has not gone from one side of the birth canal to exiting it?), and an inherent desire to protect life.
Pro-choice views are often-times voiced by those who believe in individual freedoms over the government getting involved in these type of decisions. A problem with that is that, using that logic, what if the government no longer got involved in murder cases? Another reasoning for someone being pro-choice is that they do not want to be "burdened" by a responsibility that they can avoid, therefore if an unwanted pregnancy occurs, they have an "out" and can terminate the pregnancy.
Both positions espouse freedom. Only one voices support of freedom for the unborn.
