you didnt need to be so rude to me. I understand how this works on this website-as Ive used it before, it was just a simple question-I callerd the place who did the sugerty, and they said if I wasnt bleeding heavily and didnt have a temp. they couldnt help me until the next day-why do you say you are here to give information to people as needed if you are just going to be rude to them. You couldve been a little nicer.

Hi,
My name is Sara and I am 24 y/o. I am writing to ask some questions, as you seemed the most knowlegable. I had to have a termination yesterday morning. My birth control failed miserably, and I take it everynight. I am having some problems though, and need to know if these are reason enough to report to an ER. I am not bleeding at all, not a spot. I passed a clot yesterday immidiatley after the surgery, and then it stopped. I am having pain in my abdomen, up to my rib cage, I am also having severe lower back pain. I am extremely bloated from the rib cage to my lower abdomen as well. I unfortunetley have been through this now twice, the first time I ended up in the ER b/c my cervix closed. I feel awful-I dont want to have to call the clinic I went to as I dont feel comfortable, and they are 2 and a half hours away. Please let me know what you think, Thanks, Sara

Sara, the symptoms you describe seem normal to me, however, I am NOT a medical professional, and I strongly suggest you immediately call your doctor and find out from him/her if you need to go to the ER.
This is not an appropriate forum for potential medical emergencies. It could be very dangerous for you to depend on internet response times and *people* (who may have no qualifications at all) to help you at such a time. Please don't do this again. Call your doctor immediately.

AnswerI'm sorry you thought I was rude. You sent me this question describing what might potentially be a medical emergency, and followed it up just a few hours later with a note urging me to respond quickly.
