You could definately be pegnant again, even pre sperm can make you pregnant.
The thing with abortion is afterwards you are alot more fertile. This is why many women end up back at the clinic for a second abortion not long after the first.
It is way to early though to have any signs of pregnancy. You would need to wait until your period is due. The morning after pill is available but usually only for 72 hours after sex. This is used to prevent pregnancy. I know some doctors say you can take it up to 5 days after sex so if I were you I would get to the doctor asap like today if possible and find out if you can have it.
