Understanding a Positive TORCH Test Result During Pregnancy: Options and Advice

I am 26 year old and having pregnancy of 3 months. Doctor suggest me for TORCH TEST. The result of the test is as follows:
SERUM OF CYTOMEGALOVIRUS(IgG)(ELISA)
TEST VALUE : 90.0 HU/ml _ POSITIVE
Now doctors are saying to abort the child.
Kindly suggest me what to do i want to carry the baby.

the chance that your baby will be damaged by the virus is about 50%.

Brain deformation,  deafness and blindness are the symptoms of this infection which already takes place
in the whomb.
If you want to put such an infant in this world, and you can take care for it the rest of your life, go ahead.
If you do not want to give a child this miserable life you may choose to  have an abortion.
Its your life. But you have only one to spoil.
