AnswerHello, zainab,
Well, any kind of abortion often messes up a woman's cycle. If you had had an exam to begin with that showed you weren't carrying a baby, then they could have pursued the cause of your endometrial problem (hyperplasia?) As things stand now, what you really need is for a doctor who doesn't want to do an abortion on every woman he sees, but really sees you as a person who deserves good medical care. Abortion is unethical. Nobody will be able to tell you over the internet what is causing your problem. You need hormone tests, and possibly to be examined for infection (common with manual procedures), or scar tissue. So please find a decent doctor and let him figure out what is wrong. Good luck, and please let me know what you find out.
