Persistent Bleeding After Medical Abortion: Causes & Management

Hi Doctor,

My girlfriend got aborted using (Cipla's MT PILL - Mifepristone (600mg) and Misoprostol(400mg)).
But even ager 30 days of abortion she is still bleeding, can you please suggest some medicine to stop the bleeding.

Please mention the salt of medicine as well, so that I can found other simmilar medicine if not a specific one is not availble.

Remember from my previous answer that after the Medical abortion women can have bleeding for up to 80 days.  30 days is just 4 weeks.  Unless she is passing large clots and having cramping, this is normal.   If her follow up examination was normal then there is no reason to be concerned.  Ibuprofen 800 mg can help with cramping and bleeding.  It is taken every 6 hours.
