QUESTION: yes doctor i know this but i dont want to take the second medicine misoprostol vaginaly. I wish to take it oraly as i did before. Will it cause any difference. And will there be bleeding difference from first time will it be less than before. As this time i am doing it after 3 weeks of conception and before there were more than six weeks when i did madical abortion. At present i am not feeling any symptoms of pregnancy except very mild cramps like pain in lower abdomen but again specifying that on 23rd march i did test and found 2-3 weeks of conception in digital pregnancy test kit.

Answer
There is actually no requirement to take misoprostol vaginally, you can take it orally as well, but if taken vaginally is much more effective and also reduces the incidence of systemic side effects like nausea and vomiting. Otherwise there will be no difference in the action and bleeding. And since you are only three weeks or so , this should definitely work.
