Second Pregnancy in 3 Months: Understanding Options & Concerns

Hi,my wife got pregnant for the first time in may12, that time she took abortion pills and terminated the pregnancy.she had her menses normally till august, we had sex on 18th aug for the last time ,her period was due on 4th july but till now she didn't have her periods. is it ok to take the abortion pills for the second time and terminate as we dont want a baby now.please suggest
