High-Risk Pregnancy After Multiple C-Sections: Seeking Medical Guidance

Dear Shan, i am father of three kids, all three of them born through cezarian operation. On third operation doctor told us that fourth operation will be dangerous and can kill my wife. We use codoms for family planning and we were ok since two years. However on last periods there was a delay of three day and preg test was positive. We consult our doctor she suggerted ultra sound which confirms 5 weeks pregnancy. In our country abortion is illegal therefore doctor was reluctant to give any help for abortion. We showed her her written statement for danger of fourth operation. She than told us that D/C can be equaly dangeores and only option left is medicine. She advised two tabs at once of gynaecocid first day and arthrotec 50 tab 1 in morning and 1 in evening to be taken orally for next 3 days that is total 6 tab in 3 dayr and told us not to visit her again. After taking thir medicine my wife just passed a small clot and minor cramping in lower abdomin and nothing else. What should we do now please help. Regards AB

These pills are just as dangerous, if not more so, than a Caesarian operation. They can also kill your wife. They can cause her to bleed to death, or develop a deadly infection. Hopefully, she is still safe. Let me know what is happening, and I'll try to tell you more.

Some people use gynaecocid to try to produce an abortion. It is not a drug for abortion. It is for missed menstrual periods for other reasons. Arthrotec is an arthritis medication, and has nothing to do with abortion. NONE of the pills people use are intended for abortion and none are safe.

Your wife would be much safer if she has another Caesarian. Seriously. The main thing to be concerned about is the scars from the other Caesarians. During her pregnancy, after she starts to be aware of how big her uterus is, she can massage it daily for a few minutes by pressing gently into her skin. She should massage an area which is like a circle, with a diameter of her scar. This will strengthen and soften the scars so that there will be less danger. There is no guarantee things will go as they should, but abortion is so much more dangerous. Like I said, I hope she is still safe.
