Understanding Post-Miscarriage & Surgical Abortion Recovery

Hello Dr. Diane:

Im Nora i emailed you before, guess what i lost my baby on the night of 26th last month , i started bleeding and i were admitted to the hospital it was very terrible what i went through, very sad and ugly . I had blood transfusion and my HB now is 10 but by then i lost my baby . the evening of 28th i had a surgical abortion to get the baby out as i couldn't pass it down naturally.
and after wards the doctor gave me those medecations to take for two weeks 3 times a day :Misoprostol 200mg, Clindamycin 300mg and Sultamicillin 375mg
for now my tummy is swelling and im bleeding and still have cramps and since yesterday i have diarrhea , is that normal????
