Hello Chrissy- I need to know how far along you are before I can answer your question- Cheri.
Answer -
Hello Chrissy- lots of movement can be a normal thing, but you need to look at your caffeine intake- that can be found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola sodas, Mountain Dew and common over the counter drugs like Dristan, Ibupofen etc- read ALL labels. If you are taking in caffeine, and you stop it- your baby will very likely become more placid. I urge you to do this so that you do not deliver a "hyper" baby that is hard to live with. Hope that helps- Cheri.

Answer
Hello again. You are craving sugar because you are eating too much sugar- you cause spikes in your blood sugar with the wrong foods and then the blood sugar level falls hard and fast- and you want more. The answer is- you MUST eat a good serving of protein every two hours in all your waking hours. Eat- hard boiled eggs or eggs cooked any way you like, almonds, cheese, yogurt-unsweetened-, meat, fish, chicken, turkey. Eat ONLY 3 pieces of fruit a day and only after eating some protein. Eat only whole grains- cooked oatmeal, BROWN(not white) rice, NO pasta or noodles.I want you to eat only foods that take a long time to break down and become blood sugar so that your blood sugar levels remain very even with no spikes and falls. That is how you control your cravings. Of course, that means NO desserts, ice cream, baking, white bread, candy, soda(even diet), juices- NO fruit juices- they are just sugar hits. You will really not crave these things if you keep your protein intake at a good level. Hope that helps- Cheri.
