QuestionHi, I'm 27 and 46 days pregnant,I chose to have a medical abortion because of the emotional trauma involved with a MVA. 4 days ago I was given 50mg(orally) of methotrexate and was told to take 800mcg orally on the 5th day, that would be tomorrow.
I read in different studies carried out on M&M that some form of bleeding and abdominal cramps should be experienced with methotrexate alone.but in my case I haven't had any cramps.
Top on my list of worries is this;I had taken misoprostol on my own,5 days after I discovered my period was late,there was no bleeding no cramps. I am bothered about the next dose I'm about to take, should I take it orally?
I really hope it works, cos I can't go through an MVA

Ouch! These pills are POISONOUS. And you took some right after you discovered your period was late, without consulting a doctor. You should NEVER take such powerful medications without a doctor's supervision!
You shouldn't take ANY of those pills orally or otherwise! Vaginally is especially dangerous.
To answer your question, yes, a woman can experience bleeding and cramps after Methotrexate alone. I don't know that it always happens. And you should have noticed some kind of repercussions from taking Misoprostol as well.
Misoprostol can KILL you. It's not something to mess with.
You need to see a competent doctor IMMEDIATELY. There is no way anyone can tell from your description, over the internet, what is happening with you. Do it today if you possibly can!

PLEASE. This is DANGEROUS. Anybody who would give you such medicines cannot be trusted. Because you have taken pills twice, there is also no way to know what in the heck it is doing to you without running some hormone tests. I will keep this short so you can go find a good doctor.
