Emergency: Delayed Period & Cytotec Use - Seeking Guidance

I was late with periods, i should have them by the 23rd of this month, theres no one who can help me here, i managed to get cytotec pills, i took two of them in the afternoon and two in the midnight. nothing happened to me. i cant get the surgery done. what should i do? please help asap

I hope you are all right. I don't ever recommend taking the cytotec pills or any kind of abortion pills. This can be dangerous for your health and life. Has anything further happened?
