How can I properly remove silk nail tips by myself without going back to the salon?

I would recomend that you go to your salon to properly remove them, howerver you can try removing them at homw by soaking your nails in a bowl of acetone. Leave them for about 20 minutes, after this scrape the softened product and buff your nails with a buffing block to remove any product left and then i recomend a 3 way buffing block to regaing the shine.
