Acrylic Nails & Natural Nail Health: How Often Can You Get Acrylics?

I am a cross-dresser who has recently indulged in getting acrylics at a local salon. I was only able to keep them about a week, and after 2 months, my nails are finally growing back from the removal process. How long would I have to wait to get acrylics again if I want to protect my natural nails? What is the best way to remove them and not damage my nail beds too much?

Acrilycs when done correctly do not damage your natural nails, so my advice is that you search a good salon and you can have your nails done right now. What damages your nails is usually over filling or riping your nails off, so if everything is done correctly and you care for them your natural nails should stay just as good as they were before.
