Is there a product that allows an acrylic nail to stay on longer that several days without coming off on the Big Toe after a permanent nail removal procedure?

For what i understood you had your nail removed so there is no nail for the acrylic to adhere on right? If this is the case then the nail only stays on for a few day, but the same nail can be used several time. You can buy professional nail glue (Creative make one called GelBond that it's great for this) and you can glue the nail back one once it falls. If the glue build up too much you should give it to you nail tech to have it cleaned. She then can use an electric file to clean the acumulated glue.
