Why Are My Acrylic Nails Lifting? Causes & Solutions

I just recently started doing my own acrylic nails at home. As for as I know I have been doing everything exactly how its suppose to be done. I have watched acrylics be done hundreds of times. After I do my nails they look perfect other than they start lifting immediately within the next day or two. What am I doing wrong? Please help.

Lifting can have several reasons:

Are you taking medicines (hormones), are you pregnant, did you prep the nail with primer, humidity, brand of acrylic ( i prefer IBD, EzFlow or Supernail)Please tell me step by step how you do your nails and I can check what would be the problem.
