LCN Nail Flaking Issues: Troubleshooting & Solutions

I had LCN nails put on Monday 3/29, by Wednesday 3/31 I noticed a few of them were flaking/lifting in on the sides of my finger, I called and made an appointment to have them repair it, which they did on Fri 4/2. (repair consisted of sanding down and re-applying clear coat/ then drying under uv light.  today is Tuesday 4/6 and for the past 2 days i have noticed flaking/lifting again?  is it my nail health, or is the tech applying the gel incorrectly?  any advise is welcome....

Hi Fran,
 Did the containers actually say LCN? The reason I ask is that I have never heard of that before. That should not be happening so soon, or at all! You may ask if they are applying a UV topcoat in place of the actual top gloss that is made by LCN. I would give them an opportunity to make the situation right, a reputable salon will.
