hello my name is Teena and i am form India , i have some black heads on my nose ,i am taking proper care of my skin and i also used to drink adequate water, but still have the black heads. help me.

Using a gently exfoliating cleanser on a daily basis should eliminate your blackheads.  Noxzema, Garnier, Dove and Aveeno all make excellent daily cleansing products in this category.  They can be found at any drugstore or online.
