QuestionHi- having read your other posts, I get that I shouldn't have let the technician put cream on me after a facial wax. But what can I do now that I've got the bumps? I'm 51, been waxing for years, odn't use any retinin, and now I've got itchy red bumps everywhere she used the wax. What can I do today to reduce them?
AnswerDear Missy~
I hear your frustration and I'm so sorry you have had a less than satisfactory experience with our responses. I assure you we all want o be of the utmost help to you.
I don't know what waxing product was used on you by your technician, so it's difficult to advise you as to what to use to remedy your rash. That is why I suggest you call your technician. If you have had a reaction to the product used, perhaps someone else has too, and your technician may have the best solution for you.
Meanwhile, I have had great results with an over the counter cortisone cream healing rashes. There are many at any drugstore. It really doesn't matter what brand you use.
Best wishes, Missy, dear.

Missy, I think you have me confused with another expert. I haven't posted anything about not applying cream after a facial wax.
I would suggest calling the technician and asking her what you should use to remedy your problem.
Best of luck,
