QuestionHello, Im a 15 year old male and I'm having some problems with my facial skin. Their are bumps all over the place, I have a rectangular patch of discoloration on my right cheek. My entire forehead is covered in pimples and there are new lines from the side of my mouth to the nose. There are alot of spots where my skin sinks and my face is very very dry all the time. Especially the sides of my lips.
AnswerHello John,
It looks like your skin is going through something big, part of which might just be adolescence and the 2 other parts might be real bad diet and bad products.
Regarding the discoloration, I cannot help you until you have a formal diagnosis by a dermatologist. If this is the first sign of a disease called vitiligo, there's not much you can do. If not (that'd be a better option!) you can work on it with some plant oils.
Your skin might be dry due to the products you're using now. If you're using any acne/blemish lotion/soap/moisturizer, it's obviously not working; and actually seems like making things worse. So simply: stop using it.
You can find tips and recipes to heal acne and blemishes in this article:

You don't have to use all the ingredients in the facial mask, but at least, use Green Clay 2-3 times a week and moisturize with Wild Musk Rose oil:

You can find a smaller version of this oil in health food stores that carry Aubrey organics.
The Green Clay is going to deeply clean and detox your skin while the Wild Musk Rose oil contains the natural version of Retin-A that heals acne and rebalances the skin.
But if you don't clean up your diet from sodas, junk foods, heavy carbs, meats and dairy, nothing that you do ON your skin would help for long.
You can find great diet suggestions i these 2 books:

And I would suggest you do a real detox with these herbal extracts (you can find them in health food stores):

And also try to find Borage or Black Currant seed oil softgels and do a 6 weeks cure of all of these herbal supplements.
I recommend this brand (Herb Pharm) as they have real good quality products.
If you follow my suggestions, I guarantee that your skin is going to improve.
I hope you find this answer helpful.
Have a beautiful day,
Take good care
