Before starting painting your nails, take your decals and remove the sheet of decals from its packet.
It has protecting sheet over it; remove that from it as shown in the picture below:
Now cut them into the pieces and lay them in front of you according to your nail length.
Apply basecoat and paint your nails white.
Now take your tweezers and your decal starting from your thumb first, dip your decal into the water as shown in the picture.
Take it out it and it will automatically slide from its backing.
Using your tweezers, take it off from its backing and place it on your thumb and apply top coat. You are now good to go.
Repeat the above step for all fingers and you are done.
