Strengthening Natural Nails: UV Gel vs. Alternatives - Expert Advice

I have natural nail and have been using a uv topcoat with the light.  Looking to making my natural nails stronger.  A friend  suggested using a uv gel.  When I went to the local beauty supply store they had a gel pinkcoat, basecoat, and about 10 other things the help wasn't much help.  What is it that I need to make my natural nail stronger.  looking for somthing stronger then the uv topcoat.  Any suggestions.  I have a 9 watt uv light.  Any hints would be helpful.

It would bebetter if you went and had your nails treated professionally in a good salon, using products at home with no training is likely to damage your nails, i would just keep using the nail strngthners and topcoats rather than wasting money on expensive products that you may damage your nails with. Alernatively why dont you consider going on a training course, usually a kit is included in the cost of the course and then you will be shown how to care for your nails properly?
