How To Prepare Milkshake?
Follow the recipe that is mentioned below to prepare a glass of milkshake:
Time Needed: 10 to 15 minutes
Essential Ingredients:
- Whole milk – 2 cups (you can choose skimmed or low-fat milk for a healthier version of shake). But whole milk is preferred for a rich shake.
- Ice cream – 2 scoops / 2 cups (use vanilla to get a base for your shake). However, you can choose any of your favorite flavors).
Optional Ingredients:

- Fruits (of your choice)
- Chocolate / candy bar
- Syrup (chocolate, caramel, strawberry, or any other fruit syrup as per your choice)
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon (if you are trying the vanilla flavor)
For Garnishing:
- Whipped cream
- Cherry
- Chocolate flakes
You need a good quality blender. It can be of any type including the immersion one to make your juice. You also need a tall glass to enjoy your juice.
Method Of Preparation:
1. Wash the fruits thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.
2. Break the chocolate/ candy bar into small pieces.
3. Pour the milk into the blender. It is better to start with a small quantity and increase it as you go with the blending.
4. Take two scoops of ice cream and put them in the blender.
5. Add the flavoring items like the fruit pieces, crushed chocolates, syrup and vanilla extract to it.
6. Now, close the lid and start blending all the ingredients. At first, you need to run the machine on the lowest setting, and then increase the speed a bit after checking the viscosity, texture and flavour of the mixture.
7. Once it becomes smooth, thick and creamy, turn the blender off and pour the shake into the glass.
