Healthy Lifestyle Guide for Women: Starting Your Weight Loss Journey
Questioni am a 35 female and have found myself, over the past couple of years, to have gained about 30 pounds. i have had a sedentary lifestyle during this time. I know I need to get moving, but i have never had a weight problem before (i have always eaten anything i wanted and never had a problem) and I really do not know where to begin as far as what I should be eating. I recently started investigating dieting, but there are so many "diets" out there. I'm lost.
