Postpartum Weight Loss: Optimizing Your Fitness Routine After a C-Section

Hey I just a baby at the end of Aug.and I had to have a c-secton.I weighed about 238 before I had him.Well I lost a good 18 pounds after I had him!I started exercising in feburay .I weighed 210.I have been doing pilates and yoga going on four months now and I have lost 15 ponds in three month I now weigh 195.I exercise five days a week.i was just wondering should I add something else to my work outs?thanks for your time.

Hi Amber,
Congrats on all your success so far!!  I would say that your workouts are great and you don't need to add more.  Just keep doing what you are doing.  Don't worry about changing your exercises until (if ever) you reach a plateau (no weight lose for 1 month).
