I have many questions in which to answer yours.
Stone wholesalers are plentiful worldwide.
I would check your local yellow pages and see whats nearby.
I guess it depends upon where you are......sometimes there are fairs at which the public can purchase bulk stones etc.
Many different people could create this piece for you.
Once again this is dependant upon where you are located.
