Identifying a Sterling Silver Locket: Maker Mark Analysis

I have what i believe is a sterling silver locket that you put a picture in, on the inside is an H and two triangles under the H . could you tell me if this is a good piece of jewery or custom

I apologise for my slow response.
Unfortunately its almost impossible these days to determine who made what, when; as there is no register of makers marks...
However the two triangles are often associated with the Arezzo region of Italy.
