Diamond Markings: Understanding Inclusions & Laser Engraving

my loose diamond is beautiful.but does a diamond have markings?when i turn it face down it appears to have eyes just as if it was scratched.they're not big but you can notice them.and when i put it in my mouth it comes out real sparkly

I dont really understand your question.
If your diamond is laser engraved, then it's unlikely you'd be able to see it with your naked eye.
Often inclusion are visible from underneath, but not from the top.
Really hard to say with the limited information you've been supplied.
