if the first day of my last period was June 24 2007 what is the exact day that i conceived if my due date is march 31 2008

The first day of your last period does not tell you when you conceived, since every woman ovulates at a different point in her menstrual cycle.  If your due date is accurate, your date of conception would be June 9, 2007.  However, unless this due date was confirmed by an early, first trimester ultrasound, you cannot rely on it for determining the date of conception.
