Answer
Dear Mezghiche,  This question does not have anything to do with breast cancer or the breast cancer catagory....

However, it sounds like you definately have a female problem that could be related to the cervix, uterus, ovaries etc...  You MUST call your doctor or make an appointment to see him and let him/her know that you are BLEEDING while on this medication....   You may also want your doctor to check you for a possible thyroid problem which can often cause miscarriages..

Unfortunately, you are at an age where your biological clock may have already worn out and you are also at a high risk for having children born with birth defects....  If you want to continue to try to get pregnant, I suggest that you start talking to a fertility specialist who is the BEST qualified to determine if you can have your own children, if you have a thyroid problem or other problem that is causing your miscarriages etc....

Utrogestan is given to postmenopausal women who are taking estrogen and is used to prevent a build up of lining of the uterus and to prevent abnormal bleeding...  However, based on what you have said here it is actually causing abnormal bleeding so your doctor must be made aware of this because he /she may need to reduce or increase the doseage or change your medication all together....

thank you,   karen
