QuestionMy mother bought this ladies pin pocket watch at a local pawn shop for very little.I have tried to find one like it on the net but not had any luck so far.It has Benton on the face ,on the inside back this is all that is on it:Metal-first line,2nd line:Swiss Made
3rd line:Robert Ronnel,4th line:Watch CY
in top cornor is 2 sets of letters/numbers
BCC,then under that is:A7226
om the workings of the watch is this infornation:
Swiss
17 jewels
Robert Ronnel
Watch CY
LP-on different part
UNADJUSTED-on different part
BOP-on different part
the watch looks gold but cannot find a mark to that effect,it even polishes up.
also the numbers on the face are roman numbers
it is 2 1/4 inches long and width.

I don't recognize that watch company but there are thousands of Swiss Watch Companies. I was told that there is almost as many Swiss Watch Companies as there are Home Basements in Switzerland.
If You Have Access to a Bookstore such as Borders Books or a Public Library, Try looking for a book called: "The Official Watch Guide.
If the company is large enough,you may be able to find the city of Robert Ronnel.
