QuestionI recently acquired a gold ring. It is stamped with 750 as well as an M in a circle and what appears to be some type of animal's head with the mouth open, possibly a jaguar or a panther. The head is facing to the left. Could you please help me identify the manufacturer as well as the country of origin. Thank you.
AnswerThere are thousands of these markings. The 750 means 18K The other markings are the country hall mark as you know.
Off hand I'm not familiar with that marking.
